Where has this month gone? For that matter, where has the beginning of the year gone? For those of you that know me, no grass EVER grows under my feet-as they say in The States. With this statement I am proud to announce some very exciting developments.
The first of the year I decided to become an Ambassador for TROPIC Skin Care. This amazingly, natural, organic and Vegan skin care line also has a magnificent colour line to rival any of the beauty lines which one will find on the high street.
Tropic’s philosophy is one which believes a woman should be pampered; and, why not? A TROPIC PAMPER EXPERIENCE simply involves hosting a party where friends get together for fun, indulgence and ultimate VIP shopping. Free skincare consultations, spa facials, hand treatments, and makeovers with an “evening in” with the girls makes for a wonderful and luxurious experience!
Here’s the best part: as a TROPIC Hostess you will receive 15% of the total sales to spend on products for FREE. Plus, you will also receive a special gift from me. Win, win situation! Like my new Tropic Eileen Facebook page for regular updates.
New classes in Clubbercise and Zumba Gold
Another new development is that I am launching new classes in CLUBBERCISE! This unique dance fitness exercise program is designed for 16+ and involves dancing in a Club like atmosphere to all of your favourite tunes. Participants groove to catchy Club anthems in a darkened room with glow sticks and neon lights; but without the hangover, and without the heels!
A Clubbercise session can easily burn approximately 500 calories and is really like a “night out” instead of an exercise class! Glow sticks can inexpensively be purchased in class and are used all throughout the session.
I’ll be posting locations shortly so stay tuned! Classes are planned for a May 2016 launch and will cater for those living in and around Saxmundham, Framlingham and Eye. For regular updates simply like my new dedicated Clubbercise Facebook page (Clubbercise Eileen Suffolk – Sax, Fram and Eye) by clicking here.
On the Zumba frontier; another Zumba Gold class is planned to begin 6 April, 10am at the Pennoyer Centre in Pulham Saint Mary. The address is; Station Road, Diss, Norfolk IP214QT.
It’s a very quaint building with a lovely adjoining cafe and is located only a short distance from Harleston! If anyone is interested in attending a “Zumba light” session in a wonderfully civilized setting, this is the class for you. Please contact me if you are interested or know of anyone else who would like to attend.
Meantime, Happy Easter everyone! If you’re looking for some delicious recipe ideas to wow your family and friends this Easter, I have just added the recipe for my favourite appetiser, Salmon Mousse, to my recipe page – where you can also find the recipe for my Tasty Chocolate Brownies too. Go on spoil yourself this Easter – you deserve it! And if you’re worried about the calories over indulging may grind, well you can always make up for it with a bit of Zumba, Belly Dancing or Clubbercise after the holidays! Just give me a bell …
