Zumba Fitness is a fun, easy way to burn calories and tone the body.

It’s "dance fitness" that incorporates Latin, pop, international music and dance movements creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating and effective exercise system.

Zumba enthusiasts enjoy dancing their way into smaller dress sizes whilst moving to exciting Latin-inspired rhythms.

Alberto (Beto) Perez, Latin Sensation and creator of Zumba, designed this amazing exercise system for its “party-like” appeal.

Dances such as Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Belly Dance, Flamenco, Tango, African and hip hop are employed to give Zumba the excitement, energy and stimulation which makes it not only unique but effective for weight reduction and general overall health maintenance .

Zumba is easy to learn and is for all ages and fitness levels.

Attendees simply mirror the steps of the instructor while watching for useful cues in order to properly execute those movements. The best thing about Zumba is that there is neither a right nor wrong way of doing it. Everyone can develop their own style and method of movement.
