Keep Fit – “Fabulous Arms and Glutes”

Fabulous Arms and Glutes is a 30-minute aerobic session which uses light weighted dumb bells and includes a warm up and cool down (without weights).

Emphasis for the session is on the upper and lower body.

Students work out to popular Pop songs while employing weights to tone, strengthen the body, and increase muscle endurance.

Targeted areas are:

  • bum,
  • legs,
  • thighs-(squats),
  • arms-(bicep curls/ triceps kick backs), and
  • waist.

All exercises are done standing with proper form and safety in mind.
