8 week course in this sensuous oriental dance

This oriental dance form will not just teach you how to move in a sensuous manner, it will also give your torso a heck of a work out.

You will soon discover that there are muscles in your stomach that you thought never existed!

Belly Dance relies heavily on isolating certain portions of the body. Its discipline teaches both slow and rapid movements of control as well as the grace needed to execute those dance movements.

Students are first taught the importance of spacial relationships. They soon discover the role of hand gesturing, its placement and importance in dance.

Basic elements such as posture, learning hip weight shifting, arm and shoulder coordination, rib circles, chest and tummy contractions are taught as well as, veil work and traveling dance steps.

This 8-week course is designed to get you dancing straight out of the box!
